Website and administration platform for SB Votre Goûter
Project led as project manager: online ordering website and administration platform for a fast-food chain, delivered in 40 days by a team of four.

Context
Ets SB Votre Goûter was selected as a beneficiary of component 2 of the Projet d’Appui à l’Entrepreneuriat au Bénin (PAEB), implemented by ADPME with support from AFD and the European Union, through the SAE RAD-ONG. The assignment was entrusted to FPF IT Services.
Problem
The brand had a busy business but no structured digital tools: no professional website, and orders and delivery riders were managed entirely by hand.
Solution
The public website sbvotregouter.com presents the menu with photos and prices, takes orders with online payment (kkiapay), offers a customer area with order tracking, and receives applications from delivery riders.
The administration platform tracks each order, from pending to payment, with delivery rider assignment; it manages delivery rider accounts and applications as well as promo codes. A QR code links to the online menu, and the brand’s team was trained on the tool.
